Responsibilities: Conduct sensory evaluations of chocolate samples to assess flavour, texture, and overall quality. Provide detailed feedback and reports on chocolate products to the production team. Collaborate with product development teams to refine recipes and improve product offerings. Maintain accurate records of testing results and sensory evaluations. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards during testing processes. Participate in training sessions to enhance tasting skills and knowledge of chocolate production.
